I’m Warren, a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and the founder of both Warren Williams Coaching and Elite Strength Club, based in Goole, East Yorkshire.
I work out of both Elite Fitness and our private, women-only Elite Strength Club - Her Gym facility, offering personalised training in a supportive, inclusive environment.
I specialise in helping everyday people regain their confidence - in body, mind, and movement - through personalised training, nutrition support, and real-life habit change.Whether you're recovering from injury, managing a health condition, or simply want to feel better, stronger, and more in control, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.


Previously a Head Chef with a lifelong interest in health and fitness, my journey took a major turn when I was diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy, a serious heart condition. I was told to slow down. I chose to fight back.

Through hours of study, trial and error, and a slow return to the gym, I rebuilt my health from the ground up. That journey lit a fire in me to help others do the same. Today, I coach people who want to take back control, not with fads or extremes, but with realistic support, smart training, and lasting results.

I don’t believe in military-style shouting or bootcamp sessions. You won’t be screamed at. You’ll be challenged, with purpose, with care, and with a plan that fits your life.

WOMEN-ONLY SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
at the Elite Strength Club
Located in its own private, women-only facility in Goole, Elite Strength Club offers a premium training experience in small groups of up to 4. All members receive full access to the gym outside of their coaching sessions, giving you the freedom to train in a quiet, supportive space on your own schedule.
This is personal training with a difference, combining expert coaching, personalised plans, and a powerful community of women who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves.

If you prefer a fully individualised approach, 1-1 coaching is where it all began.
Whether your goals include weight loss, muscle gain, strength building, injury rehab, or improving health markers, we’ll create a plan just for you. You’ll receive personal attention, expert guidance, and full support through my client coaching app.
