WELCOME TO ULTIMATE BODY CONFIDENCE

Working out of Elite Fitness in Goole, East Yorkshire. I support people wishing to improve their confidence, both in mind, body and in the gym through personal training, nutrition coaching & habit forming.

Previously a Head Chef with a passion for health and fitness I was diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy, a heart condition which can be completely debilitating. 

​

I refused to become another cardiomyopathy statisic. Through hours of research into nutrition and training I took a slow and steady return to the gym and I slowly regained my health.


The passion for fitness and nutrition was well and truly lit within me and my desire to share my knowledge and help people overcome health concerns lead me to a late career change.

​

I don’t believe you need to suffer boring foods and starvation diets to get the results you desire. Hard work, flexibility, determination and an open mind mean that you can achieve anything you want to.

I won't put you through bootcamp style workouts or shout at you like a military sergeant. I believe in working smart, you will leave sessions feeling exhausted but in the best way possible. 

​

Unlike a lot of personal trainers, once your session is over, you're not on your own. You'll be part of the WWC community where my clients celebrate their achievements and support each other.

​

You'll also get access to my app which gives you extensive nutritional support, recipes, workouts, habit forming exercises and much more!

ELITE STRENGTH CLUB

at the Elite Fitness Studio

Our Small Group Personal Training model is perfect for all ages, abilities and health and fitness goals. SGPT is increasing in popularity because you get all the benefits of working with a highly qualified personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost. Numbers are limited to 6 members in each session creating the ideal training environment. This means we can focus on improving your technique, motivate you to work to your full potential and create a supportive environment where you can thrive in your training.

Accountability – Having training partners that want you to come to the gym increases engagement.

Personal Attention – You’ll get quality feedback and input from your coach that you simply don’t get in larger classes.

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

at Elite Fitness

1-1 personal training is a service that Warren Williams Coaching is built on. I pride myself on getting to know each individual PT client and understanding their specific needs, experience and goals.

​

Every PT session will be catered towards your individual goals whether that’s weight loss/gain, fat loss, building muscle, injury prevention/rehabilitation,  sport specific strength & conditioning, health specialist advice or any other goal. 

​

You'll get access to my client app which will provide you with tailored nutritional support, workouts to complete on your own plus access to over 70 healthy recipes and lots of other useful information.

​

Please note: you will require a membership for Elite Fitness to take advantage of 1-1 coaching, however we can discuss this during your consultation. You do not need a membership for a consultation.

"This program is keeping me on track and is really helping me to push past my boundaries. Regardless of weight loss, I have really enjoyed the structure of the workouts, doing the same workouts week in and out could be boring for some, but I find it an awesome motivator as I know what I had done the week before and push myself to go heavier or harder the next! Work/life for me over the past few weeks have been extremely busy and I wouldn’t have been able to commit myself to a time or place with a PT, having everything on my phone means I have been able to get my workouts done at a time that fits in without feeling that extra pressure of having to be somewhere at a certain time. There have been days where I haven’t been able to get the full workout complete in one session, having it all written down has meant that I have been able to finish it a little later and again has taken that extra pressure off! I now feel confident that I have the skills to manage my eating (with guidance and support for a while longer) to make this a full long-term lifestyle change! Before joining Warren I had hit a stopping point with my weight loss, this has changed massively and my body has also changed so much!
