Finally after 18 years I'm starting to get a waistline... Is it easy ? No is it chuff I've had some weeks I've felt tired, stressed, exhausted but I keep plodding on its a habit now not a chore.
Do I enjoy it ? I absolutely love it !!!

Ben Varco has been an absolute pleasure to coach, he does everything and more when it comes to what's been asked of him. The results speak for themselves, just look at that graph! Now, I always say weight loss isn't linear but damn it doesn't get closer than that!
Now that we've got the fluffiness off we can really concentrate on adding some good-quality mass to his frame.
Ben has lost an incredible 20.4 kg, that's 3 stone and 3 lbs! He's lost 28 cm off his waist and 25 cm off his hips! An incredible achievement.
Eve is 26 years old and although she thought she ate relatively healthy, she was gaining weight and couldn't figure out why. She had a very sedentary job in a bank and had never been to the gym before.
Through careful calorie manipulation and some easy home workouts Eve began losing weight but more importantly for her, she was losing cm off her waist and her old clothes were beginning to fit again!
Eve has lost an impressive 3.2 kgs, a huge 10 cm off her waist and 6 cm off her upper thigh!
This lady is 57 years old. She really struggled through lockdown physically & mentally. She said she used food for comfort and punishment. Her mindset was low and she felt as though she was on self destruct mode. She said her days felt stressful, busy, tired, lonely, and out of control. She wanted to feel like herself again and she wanted to put herself first for a change.
After only 6 weeks this lady sent me a message telling me how much her energy levels had changed. She said she now runs out of hours in the day rather than energy. She's lost that sick exhausted feeling and now feels physically tired at the end of the day and as such she sleeps so much better!
12 weeks in and she's lost an incredible 15 kg, that’s 2.5 stone!
She's also lost an amazing 23 cm off her waist, 21 cm off her hips, 9 cm off her upper thigh, and 5.5 cm off her bicep!
Emma was initially hesitant to start this program as it was just before Christmas and she didn’t want to miss out on the festivities.
I assured her that this wouldn’t be the case and that by doing a little damage limitation in the run-up to Christmas, she would be in a great position to start the year and still enjoy all of the Christmas and New Year celebrations. With a little structure and modification to Emma’s eating habits and training regime, we started seeing results.
Her willingness to change and her sheer determination to succeed. Emma has consistently ticked the boxes and is now reaping the rewards.

Nick is 48 years old and wanted to loose the lockdown pounds. He wanted to get leaner, get fitter and gain some definition.
He struggled with portion control and weekend binging. He had a self confessed sweet tooth and wanted a pudding after dinner each evening.
Focusing primarily on his nutrition and eating habits was key to his transformation.
Nick's busy schedule didn't allow for time to go to the gym so all of his workouts were tailored to be time friendly and done from home.
By implementing positive changes to his habits within just a short 8 weeks Nick had lost a huge 6kgs in weight, a massive 11cms off his waist and 7cms off his hips, whilst gaining cms on his biceps and legs! An amazing transformation in such a short space of time!
Jackie is 57 years old. She wanted to “firm up and get a flat tummy.” She had never been in a gym and had no real experience of training. Jackie feared that due to her age she wouldn’t be able to change and any small changes she did make wouldn’t make enough of a difference. She believed her cellulite was irreversible. She thought the only way to loose weight was to starve herself, eliminate all treats and base most meals around salads.
In just 8 weeks Jackie lost a whopping 5kgs, a massive 7cm off her waist, 6cm off her hips and 5cm off her upper thigh!
Here we have Jon, a really busy dad of two who also has a very demanding job that means a lot of inactive hours at the desk as well as disruptive travel abroad with numerous social events to contend with.
This transformation was over a 12-week period and Jon managed to not lose a single millimeter off his biceps but a very impressive 13cm off his waist, another 10cm off his hips whilst only 2cm off his upper thigh and simultaneously adding 7cm to his mid-thigh!
We achieved this by adapting his training to be optimal to his time constraints and then meticulously monitored his calories to allow for the long days but not at the expense of his energy or social events!
Ema is 33 years old and had recently become a new mum. She had an extremely difficult pregnancy which resulted in muscle wastage and a significant loss of strength. She was also concerned about her posture, months of being unable to move around or exercise had left her hunched over and with significant back pain.
We had to move slowly with Ema as her body was still recovering. We slowly built up to using a couple of dumbbells and some bands, even her baby got involved in a few exercises!
Ema worked hard to strip the fat from her frame, build strength, and get back her posture all the while improving her confidence in her postnatal body.
Julie is 54 years old. She wanted to tone up, build muscle and have a flatter stomach without losing too much weight. Julie had several skeletal issues making it hard for her to do a lot of conventional exercises. She wanted to be able to use the gym but also needed home workouts for times when she couldn't make it.
Through careful programme planning we managed to work around her immobility issues to build a much stronger physique. We implemented structure to her daily meals to allow for shift pattern changes whilst also taking into account the many food intolerances she struggles with.
She managed to lose her target of 5kgs in weight and lost a massive 5cm off her waist and 4cm off her mid thigh!

When this lady joined my programme she weighed nearly 108kgs. She had already lost a huge amount of weight through exercise alone but had hit a plateau. She had worked with personal trainers before and had the mindset that she would have to punish herself in the gym to get any further in her weight loss journey.
By working on her nutrition and ticking the boxes she has achieved a huge weight loss of 8kgs and finally broken the 100kg barrier, something she thought would take a lot longer to achieve. She lost a massive 21cm off her waist, 23cm off her hips, 12cm off her upper thigh, 15cm off her mid thigh and 7cm off her bicep!

This lady is 55 years old and came to me wanting to lose a lot of weight so that she could enjoy her retirement. She was suffering from back problems which were exasperated by her weight, she wanted to go for walks with her dog without getting out of breath and without being in pain afterward. She wanted to be able to enjoy food whilst still losing weight, staying healthy and enjoying the odd tipple with friends.
She has already lost a huge 12kgs in weight, 9cm off her waist, a massive 10cm of her hips, 9cm off her upper thigh and 9cm off her mid-thigh just 8 weeks in!
Nicola's short-term goal was to lose a bit of weight, mid-term to build muscle and tone up and long term to improve her fitness and diet in preparation for a virtual marathon.
Nicola lost a staggering 5 kg, she lost an incredible 6.5 cm off her waist, 4 cm off her thighs and 3 cm off her upper arms.
Training from home Nicola achieved these results by using some light weights and resistance bands. As a busy Mum and Nurse she really embraced the challenge and found the time to put in 100% effort with her workouts and nutrition plan.
